“Fantastic customer service! We bought a doorbell ringer from Craftsmen Hardware and the special screws it came with were misplaced before the electricians came for the final trim out. I called and Craftsmen Hardware sent us new screws. We would have happily paid for them, but we were only charged for the shipping. He made sure to send them right away so they would arrive in time for the electricians. So thankful for this personal attention to detail and going above and beyond!”
