Westlake Ace Hardware is a locally owned and operated store committed to being "the Helpful Place" in the community. Staff are extremely helpful, offering personal service and quickly assisting customers. The store has undergone an expansion, which has made a huge difference in product availability and gives it a more corporate feel. Employees provide top-tier customer service, often going above and beyond. While prices may be a little higher than giant box stores, the difference is usually negligible. It is a convenient and quality shopping experience with long-time employees, highly recommended by customers who are very glad to have this store in the neighborhood.
