The post office is an American institution and we need them to know they are appreciated. “I became aware of this company via insurance I purchased to cover all media devices I use to access DirecTV. My television's picture color wasn't balanced(I may be saying this incorrectly lol). I spoke with Steve and coordinated the pick up of my TV. When they returned it to me, not only had the picture color/quality been corrected, but there was also a scratch on my screen.......THEY FIXED THIS WITHOUT ME ASKING!!! The two gentlemen that returned my TV, were EXCEPTIONAL! Everyone that I encountered from start to finish, were professional, friendly and valued the service they provided. “My experience with the Verizon off of Lindbergh & Halls Ferry was superb. I thought I had inadvertently lost some very important information on my phone and was feeling really bad about it- like sick to my stomach bad. But after I assaulted the agent, Arlando with an A, for telling me the info was lost never to be seen again (not really, I just sort of punched him in jest), Superwoman Summer came to the rescue and was able to magically recover what I thought I had lost. I told the manager they deserved 1,000 stars, but she said five was the limit. I was to receive an email/link to rate them, but, alas it never arrived. Soooo, three months later I am writing a review extolling their skill, talent, camaraderie, and all around helpfulness. I am giving them the 1,000 stars for a job well done even if it's only in my own mind! Thanks you two!”
