“I went to Telle Tire for service and was pleasantly surprised with the excellent service that I received. I was checked in as soon as I arrived. I hung out in the waiting room while car was being serviced. When it came time to pay the bill, I was not bombarded with a lot of unnecessary services that the dealer always says I need. I was offered their summer special which gave me a nice discount. All in all, everything went great from start to finish. I will return.”

“I switched from a local Dobbs Tire & Auto to Northwest Tire & Auto. This feels like a small business that puts the customers needs forefront; it does not have that 'corporate conglomerate' feel unlike where I was a former customer. Greg & Joe will take care of you and will not try to 'upsale' you on anything your vehicle doesn't need. I had a plastic wheel hub trim with 2 fasteners that came loose and started 'rattling' at high speeds on the highway. I called Greg thinking it had occurred when I had my tires rotated and balanced from a previous visit but he said it was unlikely. He & his crew were able to take care of the problem at hand and find some alternative fasteners to adhere the wheel trim in place. He wouldn't accept anything for doing the job, so I later appeared with a baker's dozen of donuts, from a local shop, hoping that would show my appreciation for he & his crew and writing this review. These guys are the 'real deal'.”

“Prompt service, fair prices, quality parts. Courteous counter persons at the Maryland Heights, Mo. location. Over the last 4+ decades working as a mechanic I've worked for shops who obtained a lot of the necessary replacement parts from Al's. There's a very good reason for this.
Al's drivers were always professional, very pleasant & willing to go the extra mile for the customer. I've been a self employed auto mechanic for over a decade now. I'd say Al's gets about 65-70% of my needed parts business. Trust these folks !!”

She’s extremely knowledgeable, genuinely kind, and after talking with her multiple times, it’s very clear how involved she is in the business and how much care and effort she puts into every customer and every vehicle. This shop is always busy, but honestly that just proves how good they are. It’s 100% worth the wait to get scheduled because the pricing is honest and the work is always high quality. You never feel like you’re being taken advantage of or sold things you don’t need. I actually bought my vehicle from them as well, and it runs and drives GREAT. You can tell they really care about the quality of the vehicles they sell. 10/10 Recommend”
