“John, the mechanic, saved my day, no kidding! So, there I am, just cruisin' through town, when my alternator decides to take a vacation. Took me ages to figure out how to get a tow truck – should've gone with John right away, but oh well, I tried my own insurance adventure.Anyway, I finally roll into John's place, and they see me quicker than a hiccup. Fast work? You betcha. And the best part? The bill was surprisingly reasonable! I mean, I expected to break the bank, but John didn't let that happen.Now, I wish I could say I'd come back, but no such luck. I broke down again while I was road trippin' cross country. “They are competent with your car but that isn't the reason to go. One of the employees that mans the counter is a lunatic in the best way. Pickup takes a little longer than you might expect if you get the lucky draw but you won't regret the time spent.”

Over the last 4+ decades working as a mechanic I've worked for shops who obtained a lot of the necessary replacement parts from Al's. There's a very good reason for this.Al's drivers were always professional, very pleasant & willing to go the extra mile for the customer. I've been a self employed auto mechanic for over a decade now. I'd say Al's gets about 65-70% of my needed parts business. Trust these folks !!”

“Was hesitating to take my truck to Caliber since I had not been there in the past. I did go to get an estimate as requested by Travelers Insurance and the moment I walked in the door I was happy. Katrina sitting at the front desk area was really friendly and made me feel comfortable. The gentleman who did the estimate explained in detail how he would get the truck back to original appearance and why the labor hours were more than I expected. The entire office team spoke and shared jokes with me during each visit.The day I dropped off the truck, Enterprise Rental was there with my rental and I was able to go to work with very little interruption to my day. Once I dropped off the truck, Jay started to communicate with my via text and phone calls, keeping me updated the entire time. The day of pickup Jay contacted me, we setup a pickup time and did a walk-around once I go there. Jay wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied with my service and I truly was. “I typically go to a different Dobbs that is closer to my house, but came out and found metal stuck in my tire and my tire going flat. I went to the closest dad and was incredibly fortunate that they were able to get the tire in and get it fixed within a few hours. I expected it to take much longer since I didn’t have an appointment and was pleasantly surprised. On top of all of that, the repair was free since I bought the tires from them so it totally made my day. Cody helped me out and was pleasant and professional; would definitely come back!”
