Everyone from Rob, our sales contact, to our move day leaders, Floyd and Cameron, to the entire moving team made it look and feel much easier than it was. They were honest and fair in bidding and final costs. They were quick, efficient and careful with our furniture. And their attitude throughout was great. “My experience with Extra Space Storage was amazing. The move in process was so easy and they staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The move out process was even better. I received a bill for $189 but the staff noticed that I was moving out before the next month started so they reduced my cost to $12. If I would have made the payment for $189 there would have been no refund. Thank you Shalae for all your help and saving me all that money. Would highly recommend this location.”

“Would not recommend using this place. They will give you one price for the first three months (they don’t imply that it will change that quickly at sign up), then double the monthly payment. Personally, now all of my stuff has been here for a few months and it’s going into the cold season so moving it somewhere else isn’t ideal or necessarily possible. Now I’m stuck with a much higher rate than I agreed too until I’m able to move my stuff. Not sure how they’re able to change my payment from less than $50 to nearly a hundred and I got the excuse of a “rate increase.” Just wanted to warn anyone else looking into these units and just know to expect a rate increase a few months in. Only giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the lady I talked to was very nice and helped me out a bit, but it is still $30 more than what I initially agreed too.
Update: they were able to lower it significantly once I complained. Nicole was incredibly helpful so would HIGHLY recommend calling whatever location you’re using before hand to know there rate increase policies.”

“This storage facility is one we have used for years and it has recently become cleaner, better run and more reliable than it used to be under old management. The current ON SITE manager is very helpful and took care of everything we asked about. There are regular hours and the phone is answered. I would use it again.”

Unfortunately, there were no open units in my preferred size (10´x10´), but Joe helped me search for available ones in other locations, and I found one ~3m away. I´ve had GREAT interactions w/ Extra Space. After renting a unit from a competitor, Extra Space offers great customer service & even better rates!”
“Arthur was super helpful. I asked several questions on the phone before I came to get my unit and he was very patient with me on the phone as well. He was also very kind and helped me to decide what would be the best use of space for my items. I thought it was funny that over the phone. He told me not to wait too long because First come first serve”. Sure enough, right after I decided on my unit someone else walked in and told him that the unit they wanted was the one I just got. I’m glad I listen to him. I’m also very happy with the location as it’s easy to access.”
