Willie was fabulous. He had a whole lobby full of people and was doing an amazing job welcoming people and informing them how long it may be. He definitely knows what he is doing and is a pro. Thanks Willie!

Service office staff are friendly & efficient. Too bad their co-located mail processing & delivery staffs can't learn from that.
