“I want to give a Shout Out to a Postal Service employee that went out of her way to help solve a problem of my own making. Adrienne at the Walnut Grove, CA Branch was able to solve a very complex problem and went out of her way to keep me informed through the whole process. I'm not sure if she'll ever see this, but I hope her supervisor does, and let's her and her coworkers know that caring like this is noticed and appreciated. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.”

“I've been going out of my way to avoid this PO. I reluctantly tried it again today. You guys DO take cash! The lady who helped me (glasses, been to Rome and Paris) was friendly and gave me advice on my next mailing too! Am I at the right one?? The post master got rid of the guy that refuses to take cash and talks bad about customers after they leave (like a line of people could solve his problems in life). Yay!! To me he was the Seinfeld soup Nazi guy because it was so uncomfortable being waited on by him. You never know if you'd get what you want or walk away in shame still with your package, confused about what just happened. Thanks for your great service today.”

So I enter with a smile my on my face, picing up and discarding tickets & receipts from previous customers. We must be the change we want to see...”

Every time the staff here have been polite, personable, and take their time to help resolve an issue or further investigate something. They are observed to be patient and never rude!! “I frequently need to go to the post office to send packages international, which is a bit of a convoluted and painstaking process, and the service at this office never ceases to impress! I have to drive double the length to get here compared to my local post office, and it is so worth the drive. The workers are congenial, helpful, and have never been in a bad mood when I've been there. 10/10 post office that gets things done quick and you leave without feeling like you've been there since 3am!”
“See some bad posts.. I’ve been shipping packages since 2004. Lots of Post offices east St. Louis. The one on Watson HAS NOT had handles on their big package drop, and takes 72 hours just to get the initial arrival scan! Atleast this location can get their arrivals scans correct!”

They have contacted sorting facilities, checked personally with mail carriers, and actually called me back when they said they would. People here have really gone out on a limb for me, which I never expected.”

Devin, from another location, called Ms. Linda after hours and she answered and took the time to assist me with my issue. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful, which I truly appreciated. It says a lot about a location when the staff is willing to go above and beyond, even outside of normal business hours. Based on that experience alone, I’m very impressed.”

“I have only used this location for shipping so my review is going to be solely based on that. So, this location has a (self service) shipping kiosk which I absolutely love. Have you ever wanted to ship something out but there's a line longer than a CVS receipt and you're on a tight schedule? Yeah, me too. Well, the kiosk is perfect for those kind of customers. You already have everything taped up and ready to go, you just need a shipping label but there's a customer trying to get a passport, fill out a hold mail slip, and complain about getting her mail late simultaneously. Welp, with the kiosk you can bypass all of that. Print out your label, slap it on your parcel, and drop it off at the front counter or just slid it into the drop box right next to the kiosk (if it fits) and go about your day. This thing has saved me tons of time especially when I walk in and see 6 people in line and two clerks working the front.”
“This post office location is the sorting facility for the 63122 zip code. You cannot conduct regular postal business here. You will need togo over to the retail store on Kirkwood Rd.You may need to visit this location if the post office is holding a package for you. When you arrive be prepared to ring the bell as the inner door is closed and locked.The postal worker there the day I visited was friendly and helpful.”

Just arrived here at 7.30am my appointment was at 8am the guy behind the windows at check in was a bit rude ask me and answer him like TAG QUESTIONS yes/no... but anyway he assigned me at dock 14 and backed up at 7.45am took my BOL to forklift man inside he was nice guy said once the light changed back to green you good to go your BOL will be behind your trailer at 8.35am im done ...very nice place so fast and after unloading if you want to stay for ser up your next load here is a big parking place to wait... but no over the night parking...
