“Great people. From out of town and broke down here, was at NAPA getting the parts that I thought was the main issue, and gentleman there recommended The Muffler Shop Auto to me all at the same time. I came here, they were swamped but got me in anyway. (A pr. of Stabilizer struts, the 1 on the Driver's side was totally missing the bushings and flat out loose. But, that was not the major issue...The Passenger side front wheel bearing had failed taking out the steering nuckle/spindle, rotor, nearly everything...and it was evident as soon as he put it on the lift. They ordered the parts and I really appreciate that they did not send me down the street elsewhere as it was not The simple job that I thought was causing a bad shimmy at speed.
This is a great business that cares about their customers and you vehicles. Great folks that care!
And I am writing this even before the parts show up to fix it. More to come after they do and get me to my race event timely.

“Very friendly and helpful. Service moves quick and they are thorough. For example, very few places I have visited in the past for oil changes took the time to reset the indicator, especially on my older Malibu, which requires pumping the brake pedal a certain number of times after turning on the car. At Rider's, as soon as they pulled the car around, I saw the mechanic do this. It is an archaic way to reset something and not obvious to anyone unless they have worked with this model before AND care enough to actually do it. I really appreciated that.”

“Bought a cool old car the stupidest way possible: without having it checked by an independent mechanic first because I just had to have it that second. He's not just relying on experience , which these guys have plenty of , They are equipped with the latest Updated Diagnostics and they know how to use them like a professional should.
Whatever these guys charge will be the absolute least amount, it is my belief , Jason wants to please people who appreciate His quality of workmanship. If you need Major Repairs to your vehicle, Jason and Dave are your guys. I feel good about the repairs they've done to all my vehicles or I wouldn't spend any time on reviewing them

“This place rocks and is as honest as they come ! I took my vehicle in told them I needed the heater core changed that is not cheap. They asked me a few questions the next day once they got it in the shop to look at it I got a call. Now we all know when your car is in the shop and you get a call they want more money!!!! Not this place when they called they said we don’t think it’s the heater core we think it’s the radiator and to trust them. Well I did and it saved me over 500$ ?. They did not have to do that that could have changed the heater core and then when that did not work charge me to do the radiator. THANK YOU Chris and Dave”
