Their towers randomly go down and when a storm rolls through it cripples your internet even hours after the storm stopped. They also refuse to admit that the receiving equipment needs to be replaced even thought it is worn.

Horrible service both customer and internet the man who came to my house was very disrespectful and made very rude comments. Im not sure about the others who works there but the man I dealt with isn't smart enough or respectful enought to be working with the public and should be fired.

Spotty, slow internet and possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced from a company. However, they do provide internet to rural areas, so they get a star for that.
