522 Gratz-Brown St, MoberlyAs somebody from Louisiana, this food truck is the REAL DEAL. I got the swamp platter with a scoop of jambalaya. When I took a bite out of that jambalaya I felt like I was 13, in Louisiana still, eating jambalaya as a kid. The food truck is also owned by the sweetest lady who came here from NOLA during Katrina. Very sweet people, with an interesting story, and food that makes you feel at home. I’m gonna be looking for you guys when gumbo season hits.
