Was notified of where it was and how to get the key. Very friendly, sent a photo of where to drop key off when returning the truck. Made me feel like they appreciate my business.

The customer service was stellar. The pick up was a pleasant experience and the drop off instructions were clearly explained. If ever a need arises for moving or hauling I will choose A1 Rent All & Sales as my location!
