Without a full spare, I was unable to make the hour long commute (one way) to work. After ordering my new tire online and waiting almost a week for it to arrive, I called to schedule an appointment. Being down 2 bays, I knnow Dawn had to move mountains to get me in the following day. They were all very friendly when I arrived, even though I know they were probably stressed with the amount of customers they had.
