“I would like to say a big thank you to Levi, at the Neosho Oriellys. My battery light came on and we stopped to have it checked. Levi came out ( in the freezing night temperatures) to check it. Our battery was no good. We bought a new one and upon going to change it I realized that due to severe arthritis in my thumbs I was not going to be able to change it myself. Levi, instantly volunteered to help and got it changed out quite quickly for us. He was under no obligation to do that but, did it anyway. So, again, We just wanted to send a big thank you to him for going above and beyond. The crew at this whole location is always friendly and helpful.”

“I’ve bought about several vehicles in my lifetime, but the dealership here in Neosho has by far been the best experience I have ever received. I am an out-of-state customer from Alabama who went here to pick up a vehicle. I ended up taking some greyhound buses to get there. Carson answered all the questions I had and was very transparent with the pricing. Carson picked me up from the terminal in Joplin and drove me to the dealer. I was out the door within a hour. Colin was great to work with as well.
The dealership did a full oil change, included a full tank of gas, and put on some new tires all free of charge and I didn’t ask for any of it. They just did it.

“I pulled into this auto center with a leaky tire right at 7 PM, as the gentleman was locking the door to close up for the day. He was kind enough to Reopen to take a look at my tire, and found a small tear as well as a nail. He showed me the damage and provided the options for a new tire. They then took the time to put the new tire on for me, and got me on my way within about 30 minutes. There were three gentlemen working in the auto center and all three treated me wonderfully, and provided top-notch customer service. I very much appreciate that they did not close the door in my face because it was time for them to go home. Much appreciated and highly recommend this location!!”
