“If you have a rotary engine, this is the person to take it to. After the Mazda dealership in Springfield refused to look at my car, I didn't know who to take it to. Kyle could run circles around the dealership with his knowledge about Mazdas. He installed an engine in my RX8 and I have had 0 issues with it since! He gave me a lot of information on how to best care for my engine and also fixed some misc. things while he had my vehicle that I had no clue were broken.
Also due to wiring issues, I needed a new dash harness for my vehicle. Kyle pulled a harness for me out of a salvage vehicle and it was in immaculate condition. Not a single broken connector or clip, and even the christmas trees looked basically new. I'm thoroughly impressed with the quality of Kyle's work and would reccomend him to anyone with a rotary engine!!”

“So, my “precious” Jetta needed a new windshield. (Yes, I call it precious like it’s the One Ring, and yes, my wife rolls her eyes every time.) I found this shop, and right away they gave me a fair quote. They even knocked off a bit because I’m a Veteran, which I appreciated—though let’s be honest, it’s probably also a discount for showing up and talking about my car like it’s my firstborn child.
But I had one fear: could anyone there actually drive a stick? Because here’s the thing—most techs see three pedals and start looking around for a priest. I’ve seen faces go pale like they just spotted a ghost named “Clutch Stall.” Thankfully, these folks had a manual driver on deck, which spared me the embarrassment of someone bunny-hopping my car across the parking lot like a caffeinated kangaroo.
Scheduling was booked out, but hey—so is every great band. You don’t complain that Metallica can’t play your cousin’s backyard barbecue next week.
Now here’s where I embarrassed myself. Before dropping the car off, I installed my “Valet” tune. That’s right—I neutered my own car. It basically turned my Jetta into a rental Corolla with stage fright. When I admitted this, the lady at the counter stomped her foot and said, “Awe man, why’d you do that?!” Normally that’s a red flag, but her sarcasm was so sharp I knew she was basically saying, “Relax, dude, we don’t care if it’s fast—just as long as we don’t have to push it.”
And then, the miracle: I expected to pick up the car the next day. Nope. SAME DAY. Walker (pretty sure it was him) called me up like it was no big deal: “Hey, your car’s ready.” Excuse me, what? Did they summon a pit crew from NASCAR? Did elves help? Because my car came back looking ten years younger while I aged ten years worrying about it.
End of story: these people work fast, they’re funny, and they didn’t roast me nearly as hard as I deserved for babying a Jetta like it’s a Lamborghini. If you want glass work done right—and don’t mind leaving with both a new windshield and a bruised ego—this is the place.”
