“The hillbilly bacon is absolutely delicious. I always get enough to last until my trip, since I live in Texas. I also get the sausage, cheese, and a few steaks.”

“If you have not had lunch here, you have really got to try it. There has never been a meal that I have not enjoyed and they are all so different. Everyone is also super nice. You're truly doing yourself a disservice by not having stopped by.”

“DG has really came a long way!So great that they have popped up in so many rural and small town locations that otherwise the closest shopping is 20+ minutes away. They literally have anything you could need except fresh produce and hard liquor. They always have a clearance isle that’s freshly stocked and updated. Plus they have an isle where everything on the shelves is only $1! All the locations I’ve visited are well stocked and very clean inside and outside.Oh! Oh! DG has the BEST $1.00 candy selection of any store or gas station I’ve ever been to! 100%!”

“This is one of those reviews that isn’t about a restaurant, but it absolutely deserves the spotlight.

I shop at Family Market in Neosho at least twice a week, and there’s a reason I keep going back. It’s not just convenience — it’s the people and the quality.

Their small deli is a hidden gem. If you haven’t tried the ham and beans, you’re missing out. The deviled eggs are consistently solid, the sweet pepper slaw is fresh and flavorful, and Lucy’s bean salad is one of my regular grabs. I’m also a big fan of the shredded barbecue chicken — easy, simple, and done right.

Beyond the food, the customer service is what really sets them apart. Andy, the manager, is absolutely top-notch. I regularly buy marrow bones for my dogs, and he’s always happy to cut them into fourths so they last longer. That kind of service just doesn’t happen everywhere. Angie is fantastic as well, and honestly, the entire staff treats you like they’re glad you came in.

For a small, family market, they carry a surprisingly good assortment of products. Their meat market has great prices, and the dessert case is dangerous in the best way — in-house mini cheesecakes, cupcakes, cookies, pudding cups… plenty of options if you’ve got a sweet tooth.

If you’re in Neosho, do yourself a favor and stop by. Small businesses like this are worth supporting.”
