Very disappointed in the customer service I would not recommend dealing with them.

US Bank Customers be advised that US bank added a $12.00 monthly maintenance fee to your “free” checking account starting May 2025 unless you maintain a $1,500 balance. Very unacceptable!!

The slowest service I have ever seen! No one assists inside. Big name but no customer service at all. 20 minutes just to make a deposit is ridiculous! Especially when we can watch them sitting inside reading a paper!
