Great bank with a personal touch.”

“Personal banking side is decent I haven't checked out the business side (I have a business bank already) I might look into it later on though. The tellers are nice helped me with getting my personal bank setup. Not for sure if there are three tellers or not but I've only seen two and one is helping customers every now and then so only leaving one. On a busy day that would make for a headache for the tellers and a long line.”
“Oh what a blessing Rebecca is. I screwed up and let a scammer get access to our accounts. I called, had them freeze my accounts. We then went to the bank, closed all three of those accounts and opened new ones. Rebecca and two tellers (so sorry I didn’t get their names) stayed 2 hours after closing to straighten my mistakes. I received a courtesy call to check and make sure that all was going ok.”

Went to cash my check, extremely slow service and they shorted me $.50 which I didn’t realize until I got home and it’s too far to drive back for $.50. Absolutely ridiculous.”

“The ladies at the Neosho Branch are amazing. I have been banking here for two years now. It great for business accounts and personal accounts.
Always eager to help however they can.
In lobby service setting is always a pleasant interaction.
Drive thru is fast friendly and perfect when you are in a hurry.
These ladies get you in and out.
I recommend this branch to everyone for their personal banking needs.
I recommend US Bank officials to hire at least one more person for this branch especially during the first of the month and on Fridays.
They could use one more person to help with the rush hours.
But I can not say enough of how great the team members are at the Neosho Branch”
