Worst bank in the area to bank at. Atm is down quite often. Can hardly call in & talk to any one, when you do you will be on hold for minimum 15 mins.

Kim Clark is an outstanding employee. She is always friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about anything I ask her about. She is my go-to employee. She is an absolute asset to the bank.

I called to ask if I have to make an appointment for a notary. I hung up after being on hold for five minutes. Customer service with this branch is awful.

Some of their employees are rude and disrespectful. They assume things about some of the clients which I know the young girl and know for a fact that everything those ladies in the back room have said is completely false and inaccurate. I know 3 ladies work in the back room and that only one is sweet and respectful she does her job and doesn't complain but is treated like dirt. I think she deserves a raise while the other 2 are fired for defamation and harassment! ?

30 minute wait today for the drive-up because the ATM was not working. This is the worst USBank I’ve ever worked with. We will be looking for a local bank.

Extremely slow drive thru service (and not any better in the lobby when it was opened). Today, when I pulled in, I was the 3rd car in the lane and there were two cars waiting in the other lane. After a 20+ minute wait, it was finally my turn to make a simple cash deposit into my daughters account (which I won't get into how that went). Yes, it was the noon hour and I am sure there were others there waiting during their lunch hour too, but this is not limited to just the noon hour during the week, this has happened to me on a Saturday too. For such a large corporate bank, you would think they would strive for more efficiency to serve their customers faster.

The staff is amazing but I've had many problems with my bank account and many times they aren't able to fix the issues. I got a double overdraft fee whenever only one transaction overdrafted (which was an accidental transaction on the business's side) my account and they refused to refund at least one of the overdraft fees.

Have had a few instances out of my control where my account information was stolen and where I was charged twice from a merchant and they were not only unwilling to refund fees charged because of these, but I had to report the fraud three separate times for them to finally address the error and credit my account. There seems to be heavy miscommunication on policies between customer service support staff and the local branch. The customer service I've received has been nothing but blah and it's been a headache banking here.

Once a year there's a mess up on their end with withdraws that they don't fix. This year happened to be twice and it's money I won't get back. Switching to Arvest soon!
