“I love my girls (and occasional gents) at Southern Bank. I patronize mostly the branch off CC in Ozark. They are always so friendly, with a smile on their face every time. You can’t go in with a bad mood and come out with the same bad mood. They always make my day brighter.”
“This branch is phenomenal. The tellers, the assistant manager, Sheri, the manager, Sean, the loan assistants, Debbie and Jessica, the CSR, Lauri, the lenders, Jeff, Kendal, and Shawn- they’re all great. I am a regular at this branch and have never had an experience short of great with them. They have been able to handle odd requests, simple requests, difficult requests, and everything in between. “Well I opened up a checking account and a savings account and I couldn’t be happier. I was with US Bank for 21 years until I moved to Nixa this year with no locations and the 3 locations in Springfield (2 in which are closed on Saturday and the one that is open until noon on Saturday has NO Tellers and the drive-thru is of course closed). To me Great Southern or their ATM seems to be on every corner in Nixa, Springfield etc.

Transferring my account was a breeze and I have had zero issues with any Commerce Bank branch (I also frequent one of the branches in Springfield, near my house). I am much happier with Commerce than I was with my old bank.”
