“Jack Holden is the most friendly banker, I have talked to in a long while. I stopped at one of the most famous banks in the nation. I found them very unfriendly and without any care for the people that walked in her banks door. Before I had a chance to tell her why I was there, she turned away from me and began fussing at these two high school girls. She fussed at them for being an hour too early. I couldn’t believe it. She turned to me, I told her I wanted to open a checking account and a savings account. She was very indifferent with me. She said they had no appointments left for the day and I could. . make an appointment for another day . I shake my head and left. I wanted a bank that valued their customers. She walked me through the process of changing my account so I wouldn't be charged any unnecessary fees. “Went to get a truck loan from Amanda golden at the republic road branch in Springfield quick easy maybe took all of about 30 minutes to get a check in hand for the dealership. Definitely recommend her to anyone in the market for a loan. I've had five total loans from telcomm three of them have been from her and i will only go to her in the future for my loan needs.”

“The branch on Battlefield is a great bank. Very different than the branch on Sunshine where they often hang up on the caller instead of answering the phone. Thought it was an accident at first, but it’s happened way too many times to be an accident/coincidence. If they do pick up-they’re very rude.
The Battlefield branch is the opposite-by phone or in person I’ve always been treated kindly & with respect.”
