I bought tools from them a couple years ago and have no regrets. I did end up having a shipment issue and after talking to the owner they sent me extras to apologize for the mistake. Great customer service and quality tools. Would not questioned to buy from them again.

Great products and a very nice owner who did a lot to please us
However service rep Alisha has no concept of what customer service means, maybe it was a bad day but that doesn’t excuse being nasty on the phone with customers
