“I had a 2:00 appointment for an oil change, check all fluids and a tire rotation. Check in eas easy, I arrived before 2:00, my car was taken right in to be serviced. “In August, we relocated from New Mexico to Ozark, MO. In September, my wife and I bought a 2019 Honda pilot. Early in November, I went off the road into a ditch and I wasn’t sure who to call or where to take my car. The police officer that came to the scene recommended Crash Champions.. He said they did the best work. So I thought OK he’s from this area and I’m not. I’ll take his recommendation and hope for the best. Crash champions came and picked up the vehicle and began their work. What could’ve taken months and months and months of time work sweat labor, they were able to finish up in just a little under six weeks. And the work done and their attention to detail was impeccable!!The vehicle drives like it’s brand new and handles like it’s brand new. We love the pilot and are thankful to have it back. “When I arrived alone and emotional the two young guys helped me find a wheel for $350 LESS than the dealership and they were so nice to me. I asked for a recommendation on where I could go to get the tire and wheel mounted onto my car because I was using a donut and didn't wanna drive any further than I had to. One of the guys called Plaza Tire down the road and explained the situation. They told him they were super busy but would definitely get me squeezed in. I was nervous going to a "junk yard" alone because being a woman in the last place I ventured, was not really fun. I was scared and nervous and already stressed about my car. These guys are top notch and if you ever need used auto parts, please go to 160 Auto Recycling, FIRST!”

We've never met in person, but you have met my brother who brought in my 2016 Nissan in your shop.I was pleasantly surprised by the affordable oil change - only $35! I was always under the impression that services for my car would be cheap. So, I was worried about the engine light because sometimes it relates to the CVT transmission. They tested it and fixed the issue! The safety switch still works. If the light comes back on, I'll definitely bring my car back to this shop.Services: Transmission”

“You guys were great!! Andy your awesome. Russ thank you for helping me with the abs sensor! Tina for helping me out the door with my sleepy little one! I went in for a Intoxalock device removal. I mentioned that I had an ABS sensor going off. It was just a cut wire. They were able to rewire it get me back on the road and I did not spend an arm and a leg they truly are the best around. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back to them for all of my issues in the future because I trust what they had to say to the other customers that were in the waiting room as well.
