“A third‑party crew was onsite this morning (05/21/26) to bury the fiber cable following my installation on 05/05. They were courteous and professional throughout their visit. Unfortunately, after they left, I discovered that my internet service was down which we later found out was due to a line being cut during the line burial process.

I contacted THS and spoke with a customer service representative whose name I regretfully did not catch. She was extremely prompt in identifying the outage and initiating a resolution before our call ended. Later this afternoon, a THS technician arrived and worked tirelessly to locate the damaged line. He manually re‑dug areas that had been trenched earlier in the day, including sections across our solid driveway. He then called for additional support to bring replacement cable. By the time the second technician arrived, daylight was fading and the nasty rain was moving in. Despite the rain, both technicians stayed until the repair was fully completed and the line was reburied. Watching them work in those conditions made me feel horrible for them, but I want them to know I appreciate their dedication and effort.

From customer service to the field technicians, THS went above and beyond today to restore my service. Thank you again for the outstanding support.
