He was great at asking the right questions and was able to solve our phone issues in just minutes. He went above and beyond by checking into our phone case replacements for us. I highly recommend the US Cellular on Glenstone because of employees like him. We will be going back to Cody when we are ready for new phones!”

We feel that we got very good help.
Now about the store itself... they could use more seating for the waiting customers.
A television would be very nice for waiting customers.

“In a World where REAL Customer Service is nearly extinct, I GREATLY appreciate the fantastic service I have received with Net Vision!! When our service was down they were quick to answer my questions about why, and wanted me to know they were working to solve the problem. One of the owners was up nearly the entire night working to get service back up.

The next morning I received a text apologizing for the downtime (which was totally out of their control) and assuring me we were back in business!!

Customer Service is still important to this company and I appreciate that so much!! Thank you, Net Vision!! I HIGHLY recommend this company!!”

They resolved the issue with a bill credit.

Sent a family member in to pick up an order for an upgrade and instead they slammed the account with a brand new line and changed the account password. Had to spend an hour on the phone with customer service and still have to make a return trip to send the device back in then replace a whole new upgrade order again. Not mad, just disappointed that a rep would put their own financial interests over that of a customer. All he had to do was just hand the device to her and complete the upgrade, instead he added a new line and canceled the trade in.”

“Called and was upset enough to cancel my service that very day. Brandon was able to figure out exactly what I was upset about, give me better internet service, and make my bill $30 CHEAPER than it was before! I absolutely do not recommend the text support option, but if you call and ask for a representative you get much better response and solution.”
