Now that I've been on their Pulse service for a few years, I realize that I take them and my computer for granted. I don't recall the last time i had any problem or spent any significant time dealing with computer issues. On those occasions when i do need help (upgrades, expansion, etc.) I appreciate that they speak in plain language and respond quickly.”
