I cannot speak more highly of these men and the installation crews are second to none. Professional, knowledgeable, and prompt are a few words to describe the organization from top to bottom. They are also driven to make sure that their products work and are patient in explaining things to neophytes. AND, they are always willing to make an appointment to address any concerns or glitches that come up. They deserve more that 5 stars out of 5.”

“In a World where REAL Customer Service is nearly extinct, I GREATLY appreciate the fantastic service I have received with Net Vision!! When our service was down they were quick to answer my questions about why, and wanted me to know they were working to solve the problem. One of the owners was up nearly the entire night working to get service back up.
The next morning I received a text apologizing for the downtime (which was totally out of their control) and assuring me we were back in business!!

“The office staff is a bit of a mixed bag when dealing with them. That being said, the internet speed has at least been reliable for streaming TV and internet, gaming for my family. Price is good to ok for the speed. Not great speed due to the poor Midwest infrastructure that is extremely outdated so barely getting 50 to 75 MBps downloads and 20 MBps uploads. If you want anything faster in the area you go with Fibre at a higher price range.”
