“Steve was very accommodating and understanding to our needs. The Estate sale went very smoothly and the house was left clean. He was very quick with his responses when needed. He made a very difficult transition for our family moving a loved one into assisted living go quickly and without added stress. We would highly recommend Steve and his team! He is a blessing!”

“I stopped in here for the first time the other day, and I'm so glad I did! I found a couple of great deals, and the ladies running the place were very nice and helpful. Definitely worth a stop for all of you flea market and Thrift Shop junkies out there!”

“Love this place. We went for the first time today. My children spent their allowance money here and got SO many things for cheap! A $5 bike. A $3 scooter. I got a nice big crock pot for $3! Just absolutely amazing prices and staff were so friendly and helpful when we needed to find something. It was very stimulating to my mind to see the absolute huge inventory of stuff they have and not only in quantity but their very unique things here that I figure you can find something that you might not find anywhere else in this area. Highly recommend if you want something specific, something high quality, and super cheap! So thankful I found this and will be back every time I'm in Ozark!”

“I practically furnished my entire house with furniture I found there at amazing prices. Additionally, I have found the staff to always be so friendly and helpful. This has earned them my top spot for Thrifting and antiquing here in Springfield.”

“This is by far my favorite kids consignment sale as both a shopper and consignor! Why? I can sell all of my kids’ items at once. I get the largest return for my items that sell. I always find great prices for items we need or want. The selection is tremendous. The quality is superior to every other consignment sale I’ve been to. The take safety seriously and check all items for recalls. Additionally the people involved in the sale are amazing. They truly care about serving the community and do everything they can to make both the shopping and consigning experiences as easy and enjoyable as possible.”

“I used to go to this thrift store with my Mom & sisters for years when it was the Christian Foundation. They had a $5 bag sale on Wednesdays. Now being WAMH they honor the $5 bag sale everyday. They also have really cheap furniture and odds and ends. Definitely check this store out if your in Ozark!! ?”

“Poppin tags! ? Most items were 4.83, then they have color tag sales at 50% discount. Got some super cute work clothes and skirts to pair with t-shirts this summer ☀️ and scored a formal dress for an event this weekend! Happy with my experience”

“This location of Goodwill has the best merchandise! The clothing is always clean and with no stains (unlike some I have shopped at) and the associates are always very friendly and helpful. The restrooms are always clean as well, which is a big plus in my book!”

“Lots of interesting things to look at. So many different things for cheap prices. Even still good quality items. Most thrift stores have broken items all over the place or clothes with holes in them or buttons missing but most of the clothes there are in good condition. I have gotten quite a few cute things from this place! Definitely a good place to visit for cheaper items. I wouldn’t go here for anything in specific but it’s good for browsing general things and maybe picking up a thing or two that you like!”

“I'm a regular here, since Red Racks is open longer hours than other thrift stores in the area. I spend probably $100-$150 on average here monthly. It's a clean store with appealing visual merchandising and well-organized sections. My favorite is the vintage section, which surprisingly often has plus size women's apparel! (Thank you to whoever donates this stuff in my size on the regular - I appreciate you for keeping my wardrobe fresh, funky, and interesting!) If you go on the right days of the week, the whole store is a treasure trove.Occasionally the store will seem borderline empty and picked over. I do think they need to be pickier with the kitchen section. I see flaking nonstick pots and pans almost every visit, and these are a health hazard. They keep the fast fashion (Shein, etc) to a limited percentage of the racks in the women's clothing, but I can tell when the store is short on inventory, because I see more fast fashion brands.Since there are a lot of problems with drug abuse and transients in the area, the bathrooms are locked, and you have to ask an employee to unlock it. If you have IBS or are disabled, might not be easy to find an employee with a bathroom key. I also wish they would bring back fitting rooms, as they only accept exchanges and not returns, but I assume this was for the same reasons. My only real gripe aside from bathrooms/fitting rooms is the pricing. A used mall brand T-shirt (Old Navy, Loft, American Eagle, etc) is often $8 or more; dirty used no-name shoe brands might be priced $15 or more. I don't know if they do it to discourage resellers, but it's often quite irritating. I still find bargains and their vintage section is VERY fairly priced compared to some stores, it just requires some savvy shopping. With that being said, Red Racks sends out coupons often, and if you join their loyalty program, you can accumulate discounts very quickly. Employees work their tails off and usually know how to stack discounts to get you the best deals.”
