“Really like this store and very nice employees. One thing tho You can never reach them by phone as I can hear them on my end but they are unable to hear me...been that way awhile. They have good sales!”

“Steve was very accommodating and understanding to our needs. The Estate sale went very smoothly and the house was left clean. He was very quick with his responses when needed. He made a very difficult transition for our family moving a loved one into assisted living go quickly and without added stress. We would highly recommend Steve and his team! He is a blessing!”

“Excellent "little" thrift store. It's WAY bigger on the inside than the front would have you believe. The staff are super helpful and friendly. Large selection of books, movies, magazines, craft supplies, clothes and furniture! Will shop again!”

“Me and my kids love coming in here! They’re so patient and kind with my wild brood and have even stepped away from their work to make sure my two-year-old was safe while playing (my fault, I know! But they were so understanding!).I regularly bring bags and boxes of clothing and toys and assorted baby/kid junk that I’ve acquired, and am always pleased with the amount of credit I get. They tend to be backed up frequently, but it doesn’t bother me. A lot of the time, those bags have been shoved in a closet for weeks anyway. They have less of a selection than the Battlefield location, but I have always found what I need to dress my 3 younglings, and actually prefer this store. The location is perfect for me to run to when I suddenly discover that my child grew a full shoe size overnight and need to find a new pair immediately! The only problem I have is that I’m constantly forgetting to take note of their drop off days/times, so I call to ask. They don’t seem bothered, but I do wish it was posted somewhere convenient online!”

“I stopped in here for the first time the other day, and I'm so glad I did! I found a couple of great deals, and the ladies running the place were very nice and helpful. Definitely worth a stop for all of you flea market and Thrift Shop junkies out there!”

“I gave this SA thrift a 2nd chance, after having a not so good experience over a year ago with a rude employee on checking out and glad I did. Usually a rule I have is - the more organized a thrift store is higher the prices, glad to report NOT so!!! Store was very organized, great selection, and priced great! Quality clothes to be inflation. Probably my new fav Thrift in area now.”

“I had a great experience and will definitely be back again, I believe this is a family owned business who also owns the food truck in the lot out front- I haven’t tried yet but have heard great things. When we arrived we were greeted by a very sweet lady who helped us, asked if there was anything we were looking for ( we were just looking around for some unique antiques at the time so no help was needed and we continued around the store) we then met Layla which is the stores watchdog ? she has the biggest personality and assisted us throughout the store with a few stops for some pets. You hardly see people still motivated to work during this hard time- let alone be kind. Which is all we experienced here.”

“This is by far my favorite kids consignment sale as both a shopper and consignor! Why? I can sell all of my kids’ items at once. I get the largest return for my items that sell. I always find great prices for items we need or want. The selection is tremendous. The quality is superior to every other consignment sale I’ve been to. The take safety seriously and check all items for recalls. Additionally the people involved in the sale are amazing. They truly care about serving the community and do everything they can to make both the shopping and consigning experiences as easy and enjoyable as possible.”

“One of my favorite shops. I can't always find something to buy but enjoy the experience. Not everything is in great shape but most is usable. Personnel are friendly and helpful. Most prices are kept low.”

“I have been a customer of this shop for years and love every experience I have when I generate a new attitude by purchasing innovative ways to create peace in my life through this venue. Prices are a little high though, but if you come on the right day you may or may not receive a discount.”

“This location of Goodwill has the best merchandise! The clothing is always clean and with no stains (unlike some I have shopped at) and the associates are always very friendly and helpful. The restrooms are always clean as well, which is a big plus in my book!”

“I'm a regular here, since Red Racks is open longer hours than other thrift stores in the area. I spend probably $100-$150 on average here monthly. It's a clean store with appealing visual merchandising and well-organized sections. My favorite is the vintage section, which surprisingly often has plus size women's apparel! (Thank you to whoever donates this stuff in my size on the regular - I appreciate you for keeping my wardrobe fresh, funky, and interesting!) If you go on the right days of the week, the whole store is a treasure trove.Occasionally the store will seem borderline empty and picked over. I do think they need to be pickier with the kitchen section. I see flaking nonstick pots and pans almost every visit, and these are a health hazard. They keep the fast fashion (Shein, etc) to a limited percentage of the racks in the women's clothing, but I can tell when the store is short on inventory, because I see more fast fashion brands.Since there are a lot of problems with drug abuse and transients in the area, the bathrooms are locked, and you have to ask an employee to unlock it. If you have IBS or are disabled, might not be easy to find an employee with a bathroom key. I also wish they would bring back fitting rooms, as they only accept exchanges and not returns, but I assume this was for the same reasons. My only real gripe aside from bathrooms/fitting rooms is the pricing. A used mall brand T-shirt (Old Navy, Loft, American Eagle, etc) is often $8 or more; dirty used no-name shoe brands might be priced $15 or more. I don't know if they do it to discourage resellers, but it's often quite irritating. I still find bargains and their vintage section is VERY fairly priced compared to some stores, it just requires some savvy shopping. With that being said, Red Racks sends out coupons often, and if you join their loyalty program, you can accumulate discounts very quickly. Employees work their tails off and usually know how to stack discounts to get you the best deals.”

“Lots of interesting things to look at. So many different things for cheap prices. Even still good quality items. Most thrift stores have broken items all over the place or clothes with holes in them or buttons missing but most of the clothes there are in good condition. I have gotten quite a few cute things from this place! Definitely a good place to visit for cheaper items. I wouldn’t go here for anything in specific but it’s good for browsing general things and maybe picking up a thing or two that you like!”
