“Oh my STARS what a great place! My 20something daughter and 50something me stopped in on a whim and me both fell in love the minute we walked in. It’s a shop and boutique or market where several vendors sell, but it’s all orderly and super easy to navigate. Styles and makers are in same the areas so it’s fun to move through different ideas and looks. The accessories are adorable and when we were there, the sales were great! Nice clothing made up of great brands, generally modest looks, fun, easy-wearing, layers, graphic Ts, faith messaging in some, some Western flair, and tons of other options. The lovely lady (maybe owner) who was there when we went was a doll…no hard sell or bugging us. Stop by or make the trip—it’s worth it! We’ll go back to Huckabella and will check them out on social media. Well done, MO!”

“Amazing customer service! I stopped in today to look at a coat. They didn’t have what I wanted, but I left with 3 sweaters. Excellent service. I was promptly greated when I walked through the door. The sales associates all worked together to place items in the dressing rooms. They asked multiple times when I was trying on items if sizes worked, etc. This is the best customer service I have received in a clothing store in a long time. Great job!”

“I can always count on the staxx girls to welcome me and my girls with open arms. With a 2 and 3 year old, it’s hard to shop for clothes, but every single time I enter those doors I’m able to browse comfortably while each one takes turns playing with them. “I had THE BEST customer service experience at Karl's Tuxedos yesterday! My son and I were shopping for a tux for prom and although they were busy, the sales associates took time with us, got exactly what was wanted, had him measured and order placed and out the door in 40 minutes! And, they did all this with a smile on their face after what I am sure was an extremely difficult Saturday. This also included spending a little time at Linda's flowers to look at corsages. The gentleman there, after showing him a sample of my son's gf's dress flipped the book open to the perfect corsage to match her dress. ONLY 40 MINUTES TOTAL! As far as pricing....Karl's was BY FAR the most reasonable, compared to other similar establishments in the Springfield area! Thank you to everyone qt Karl's and Linda's for making this a pain-free, totally pleasant experience!”

“I'm a man so I have not shopped at this store. But I recently had the privilege of spending time at this store as a temporary worker for a day.I met Robert, Vicki, Nancy, and J. All 4 of which were awesome to be around. If you are looking for what looked to me to be, pretty good quality clothing, this is a place to go.BUT!!! If you are looking for a truly amazing shopping experience, these 4 I met will be better than you imagined.They actually listen to what their customers want, don't try to push you into buying the entire store, are VERY familiar with the products(in-store & web), and all 4 have a great sense of style. I might actually have to talk to Robert to get some tips lol.As I said, I spent an entire day with these folks and even had a spirited political debate with one of them with no swearing or meanness(in itself a miracle today lol), and I will be sending my wife in to see them next time we are in the area...Thank you all for being such great people.”

He was super l knowledgeable about all of it and answered any questions I had without making me feel dumb. He even offered for me to try out his own personal tent for my trip before I went and spent money on one that I may not end up liking. There was also one other staff member in the store and she was super friendly as well.”

When I went to pay, I asked for the manager so I could express positive accolades and found out Dianna was the manager. I went back to her and said I really wanted to let someone know how wonderful she was, as well as knowledgeable about Victoria Secret products. She said she appreciated that, and just my telling her was perfect. I hope some supervisor from the company sees this and gives Dianna the accolades she deserves.”

Buckle is definitely at the top upper end of prices, but you are getting quality clothing and be mindful when you're in there that some things are very expensive. Check out when they have good sales. It's well worth the venture”
