“I'm a man so I have not shopped at this store. But I recently had the privilege of spending time at this store as a temporary worker for a day.I met Robert, Vicki, Nancy, and J. All 4 of which were awesome to be around. If you are looking for what looked to me to be, pretty good quality clothing, this is a place to go.BUT!!! If you are looking for a truly amazing shopping experience, these 4 I met will be better than you imagined.They actually listen to what their customers want, don't try to push you into buying the entire store, are VERY familiar with the products(in-store & web), and all 4 have a great sense of style. I might actually have to talk to Robert to get some tips lol.As I said, I spent an entire day with these folks and even had a spirited political debate with one of them with no swearing or meanness(in itself a miracle today lol), and I will be sending my wife in to see them next time we are in the area...Thank you all for being such great people.”
“Amazing customer service! I stopped in today to look at a coat. They didn’t have what I wanted, but I left with 3 sweaters. Excellent service. I was promptly greated when I walked through the door. The sales associates all worked together to place items in the dressing rooms. They asked multiple times when I was trying on items if sizes worked, etc. This is the best customer service I have received in a clothing store in a long time. Great job!”
“I went to Hadassah for the first time not entirely sure of what I was wanting. She was very kind helping me decide what would look best and she knocked it out of the park! She did baby lights that look phenomenal and help hide the incoming grays. The haircut she gave is exactly what I was looking for. I cannot add a picture that does it justice. “These lady's were absolutely amazing. I came in with my daughter, just got off work, covered in drywall dust and sweat, they met us at the door, welcomed us in and asked what we were looking for. I explained we were looking for clothes for my daughter. They immediately went to work asking my daughter what her favorite colors were, and if she had a style in mind, My daughter is very shy and wasnt offering very much info, and i was completely useless to offer any fashion advice. These lady's started with no info basically and started putting outfits together in dressing room for her to try on, by the end of this my daughter was laughing and smiling ear to ear, had a mini fashion show for them, they brought her out of her shell, and made sure she got clothes she absolutely loves, thank you so much for your patience and your ability to help a dad who's clueless, above and beyond any customer service I could have imagined, absolutely recommend to any one, especially to dad's just doing there best”

She even found a suit on sale that was perfect and didn't even care about getting credit for it.
