“I think my piercer's name was Sean. VERY professional, the staff inside was kind and helpful one of the few establishments i would recommend for piercing and or tattoos.
Back to Sean, Sean was a patient individual and a very good mentor. He asked me beforehand if it was ok to have one of his students/workers watch as he pierced me since the type of piercing I was getting dont come often. I didnt mind. I asked him of all the body piercers doing this type of piercings how long have they been doing it, he personally been doing it for bout 20 years or 20+ years, and honestly I believe him now. I was pysching myself out but eventually got it done. The procedure was done maybe... 5 seconds? But the longest 5 seconds, since it went through the sensitive part of my body. Would highly recommend Sean if you are looking for a piercer. I am 100% confident all the other piercers would suffice just as well as him!

“This place was immaculate and very well organized. Five dressing rooms. The only annoyance was the clothing racks were soooo packed, it was hard to go through and look at the clothes. I probably would have purchased more if I could have gotten through the clothes on the racks easier. Prices were great and the clothes were very nice and clean and in tip top shape. “I visited the LOFT store at Battlefield Mall in Springfield, Missouri, on June 9th, right before closing time. I had been shopping for work attire for nearly two weeks and had experienced one disappointing shopping experience after another.
Then I met Kailey.
Even though the store was about to close, she never once made me feel rushed. She patiently helped me find everything I needed, offered excellent suggestions, and made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine desire to help stood out immediately.

“I want to shout out Christa Alexander at The Buckle Location in Springfield,MO! When I walk in I always feel so welcome and everyone jumps into help because well I’m a lot and it takes a village! She always knows my style and sometimes takes me out of my comfort zone and I end up loving it! When I order online she answers any and all questions I have and will even try on and send me pics so I know how the fit or shoes fit! When I have items shipped they are here so fast! If you shop at the buckle definitely ask for Christa if you haven’t experienced shopping with her, if you have then you already know! “These lady's were absolutely amazing. I came in with my daughter, just got off work, covered in drywall dust and sweat, they met us at the door, welcomed us in and asked what we were looking for. I explained we were looking for clothes for my daughter. They immediately went to work asking my daughter what her favorite colors were, and if she had a style in mind, My daughter is very shy and wasnt offering very much info, and i was completely useless to offer any fashion advice. These lady's started with no info basically and started putting outfits together in dressing room for her to try on, by the end of this my daughter was laughing and smiling ear to ear, had a mini fashion show for them, they brought her out of her shell, and made sure she got clothes she absolutely loves, thank you so much for your patience and your ability to help a dad who's clueless, above and beyond any customer service I could have imagined, absolutely recommend to any one, especially to dad's just doing there best”

“I'm a man so I have not shopped at this store. But I recently had the privilege of spending time at this store as a temporary worker for a day.I met Robert, Vicki, Nancy, and J. All 4 of which were awesome to be around. If you are looking for what looked to me to be, pretty good quality clothing, this is a place to go.BUT!!! If you are looking for a truly amazing shopping experience, these 4 I met will be better than you imagined.They actually listen to what their customers want, don't try to push you into buying the entire store, are VERY familiar with the products(in-store & web), and all 4 have a great sense of style. I might actually have to talk to Robert to get some tips lol.As I said, I spent an entire day with these folks and even had a spirited political debate with one of them with no swearing or meanness(in itself a miracle today lol), and I will be sending my wife in to see them next time we are in the area...Thank you all for being such great people.”
