Saves you a ton of time and money. There is a reason why everyone who knows will tell you to drive to NKC to get your muffler fixed. I honestly can't think of a business in any industry that is more highly regarded than this little muffler shop in Northtown.”

“I picked up my boat and trailer which was being repaired and they showed me that two of my four tires on my trailer were bald from losing their tread. Its like when the big tractor trailers loose their tread which flies off while they are driving. I did not know how long the air pressure would last but I had to get to a tire store fast and I was an hour from home. I google whos sells tires near me and I got three businesses. I called all three but they were all too busy to help me. I mean zero help! I saw one more tire place aout 5 miles away and decided to risk going there. When I arrived at Heartland Tire and Treads, I was a bit hopeful because there was three or 4 semi trucks in their tire bays. I went inside and approached a really nice woman who worked behind the counter. I told her I was up a creek without a paddle and I did not know where to find help. She was very kind and asked how she could help. She asked what size tires i had and I had forgotten to look. She accompanied me outside and took a picture to bring back inside. One of the guys in an office introduced his himself and asked me and the nice lady what he could do to help. After I explained, he went to work. 15 minutes later he called me into his office and he found 2 tires that matched. He then called one of his employees to go get it. An hour later the tires arrived and I was told that they had two trucks that they were finishing up and as soon as one opened up they would take me next. My boat trailer was in the bay in 15 minutes. The tech had the trailer in and out in 30 minutes and the tires were a bargain. To have someone who takes the extra effort to help a customer with a problem I was unable to solve is an incredible experience. I am retired and live an hour west of kC and I don't know if I will ever be able to repay this shop with my business, but I implore you to please please give Heartland a try when you need new tires. You will never experience better service anywhere else. There are so few businesses that strive to give the very best in Customer Service and we must reward them. So l ask to give them a shot, you'll never regret it. Thanks Heartland, you did what no other Tire shop would do and you did it extremely well. I'm proud to have been your customer.”
“This facility has worked on four of my vehicles over the years, providing excellent service. So much so, that I referred family here. During the parts shortage, Bosserts brought parts in from all over the country so cars could get back on the road as as soon as possible. This kind of dedicated service is hard to come by today. “Had an overall good experience. The staff was thorough for state inspections and gives you an idea of what upcoming maintenance to prioritize. Only took off one star due to a spelling mistake on the inspection form that contributed to some renewal slowdown, but spelling errors happen to all of us and I would bring my car back here for inspection. They are polite and have a good key drop system.”
