“Sam’s Club has the best gas prices in town. If it’s convenient, it’s my go to. One thing I like is that there is always an attendant present. It makes me feel safer knowing that there’s someone standing by. Sometimes there can be long lines on the weekends or at rush hour, but usually it’s not that busy.”

“I had a prescription that had to be transferred from my normal CVS due to them not having it in stock. When I called there to see if I could possibly get my script before the time they advised by text, the one who answered (I believe his name was Caleb) asked me for my patient details, then asked me to please hold. When he came back to the line, he immediately told me he expedited my script and it's now available! I so appreciate his kindness and understanding as I did not have any improvement all weekend on my previous prescription. If I got his name incorrect, my sincere apologies. I just want him to know his service meant a lot to me today. Thank you!!!”

“Over 6 years, I've had my RX filled here and will continue as long as I have RX to fill. Never a problem, exceptional service. They always ask if I have any changes since I've taken the medications, if taken as prescribed and / or would i like to speak with a pharmacist. Close to the time for refills (over 4 yrs don't have to walk in anymore), they always call me as a reminder for refill, let me know, and do contact Dr. for approval when required. All are delivered as usual 2-3 days early, and some refills were for 2/3 month supply.

“Price chopper was one of the first stores other than Safeway that I remember my mother shopping in frequently as a child. I've never had any bad experiences within a price chopper. I remember my mother always being happy shopping there and every time I went I've been happy there. But there are no perfect stores, we all know this but this particular location comes pretty close, matter fact it's about as close to perfection as you can get. The store is located near a major roadway. The signage is very large however the wording could be a little more colorful as well as the building but that's neither here nor there. Parking is very ample and pretty much anytime of the day you can come and get a good spot. Once you step inside it is absolutely beautiful. They have their produce separated from the other parts of the store which I actually like that. I never liked going into a grocery store finding fruits surrounded by other products but that's just my pet peeve.The isles are extremely neat and clean and plentifully shelved. It's well lit and very bright and inviting. There are no strange odors (believe me some store do have that issue) just fresh and clean. The bathrooms are immaculate and I can't stress enough how important that is to me. So many grocery stores, restaurants, schools have beautiful designs beautiful products but then when you go to the bathroom it is in disarray and smells horrible. Not this place it is absolutely beautiful. To top it off the staff are very friendly and seem motivated and happy to work and to please the customer. I haven't been in this location before but other price choppers I've been at and although I never had any complaints with any Price chopper chains, this one by far outweighs the others. They seem to Go above and beyond what is already satisfactory and that is the kind of store I love to give my business.”

“I travel between CDA, Idaho and Kansas City, MO every year for several months at a time. Today, it was time to refill my meds and the process to do so was a bit more complicated than usual.
My refills were at zero and to transfer my meds to another Walmart in Idaho for pick up, they have to be authorized for refill/renew in Kansas City first.
I called into the pharmacy and was helped by a very nice young lady named Karina. She went above the standard protocol for me to help ensure I will have all the medications I need in hand before I run out next week. Not only did we take care of one (the empty one) but she made sure to help me with the other two meds I take.
I appreciate her awesome customer service and want to give back to her the recognition that her efforts were very much appreciated today and is why I am posting this review of her willingness to do her job well.

“I did poster size photos today that I've been trying to do on the app for 3 days now (which is NOT easy to use most the time DOESN'T work at all) but the 2 ladies that were very busy helped me and I was able to get what I needed and without these ladies I would have just been stuck... “I've been using Genoa as my pharmacy for 11 months and they've always gone the extra mile to ensure I have my medication. I used to visit the pharmacy in person until they offered ship my scripts to my house. this is perfect for me as I live 40 minutes away and have a typical 9-5 work schedule. the staff are kind and competent, and the facility is very nice. I can't remember a time I had to wait in line.
I've always had bad experiences at other pharmacies like CVS, Walgreens, and Walmart. whether they lost my prescriptions, refused to stay in contact with either myself or my physician, or simply had long wait times every time I visited, they don't hold a candle to Genoa.

“This CVs is different almost no cashiers just self check the place is pretty clean things are mostly stocked not much of a selection most things are locked up or either out of stock on some things this place doesn’t carry much coolers for food. Other than that employees are nice and helpful.”
“I knew what I wanted and believe it or not they still had it this time. Their is one serious issue I noticed. Employee of the month parking space sign blocks a fire hydrant as well as the bushes. Evert second counts in an emergency.”
“I like Genoa Pharmacy, it's conveniently located and the staff are knowledgeable about medications. Although it's inside a mental health facility, it makes it good to pick meds up at. I like how it's also affordable for those experiencing hardship on getting meds having no insurance.”
