“The property manager, Sarah Exposito was phenomenal to work with throughout the entire process. Overall, NSA Storage (iStorage parent company) does all the things listed in the reviews that have been posted here, to include periodically raising rates, using call centers to answer calls and pressuring potential renters to lock in their spot immediately, etc. That being said, Sarah offset all of this with her excellent customer service, common sense, and willingness to help. I highly recommend that you go in person and work with her directly, she will be the reason I use iStorage again in the future. Thanks Sarah!”
“Very satisfactory. Service was quick and easy. Started checkout online, then talked to them on the phone to get clarity on some questions I had. Finished the process and moved in same day. No issues. Some of the units may be a little older, but mine was clean and there is no damage or leaks. Unit stays dry.”

**Have now been at this location and renting 2 units for about 2 yrs. Very happy with this place. Building is always very clean and it is secured well. My only issue is that I wish it was accessible 24/7. I dont really see any reason to not be since it is self-access and it would be a great benefit.”

“This is the second time I’ve used them for storage while working on a project and needing the extra garage space. The office staff are always very polite and helpful. It’s easy to get in when you need to with your pass code and you have access most of the day. There were a few times I went after dark and there is lighting on the outside of the units so you can get around. Hopefully I won’t need to store stuff again but if I do I will definitely check with them first.”
