“I cannot say enough good things about this place! I’m newly getting into rat/mouse breeding for good pet lines, so I’m being pretty picky about what colors I’m breeding into my program, the gentleman working was busy feeding all the rats/mice, so I asked if I could come in and take a look, he immediately responded “absolutely! Come in!” When I explained to him what I was looking for, he pulled up a chair and went through nearly every rodent bin with me to help me find everything I needed, and not once did he make me feel like I was a bother, he even held a friendly conversation with me on the hobby the whole time. Everyone there is always so friendly, and the rodents have Amazing temperaments and really cool colors!”

“Everyone at the Clip Joint is so wonderful and obviously cares about the dogs they take care of. I have a dog who is reluctant to interact with people, but after taking her a few times she happily went back with her groomer. She always smelled and looked amazing when I picked her up. They took the time to tell me about any concerning skin/hair issues they saw. The employees are knowledgeable about specific breed needs, so every dog gets the groom that makes the most sense for them. Their prices are extremely fair for the attention and quality of service you get. I took my dog here for 5 years and they consistently gave her a lot of love and wonderful haircuts, and I can’t recommend them enough.”

“Very nice little shop. We were very impressed with the place. Clean enclosures, beautiful aquariums not overcrowded with too many animals. They all look well cared for. it does not smell bad inside. Very friendly people. Answered all our questions and didn't seem bothered that we took the time to chat. We have bought 4 isopod/springtails cultures and they all seem healthy and active. If we ever need more this will be our go to place to get them. I can't forget to mention the cute pup they have. Aquarium Co-op brand aquarium supplies are some of our favorites, and Tropical World Pets carries them. Chuck has a wealth of knowledge about everything in the store and is kind enough to share it with kids starting their first aquarium or fellow enthusiasts. He also really cares about taking care of the animals and offers great recommendations, if needed. We are big fans of Tropical World Pets and feel lucky to have this resource in town.”

When we were checking out, I was accidentally overcharged and they made it right with me right away, they were very patient. I do not do well with social stress as I am neurodivergent, I started to get choked up annd my tone got really dry, and they really did a good job with me, even with me getting worked up.
