“Rasch is FANTASTIC! My parents and grandparents have been using them for years, but this was my first experience, personally. They got me in quickly, gave me honest answers, didn’t overcharge me or try to force me to do anything that wasn’t necessary and kept me updated the whole way through (even calling to let me know there would be a delay in service due to the ice storm preventing employees from getting to work). Honestly, they ease all of the fears you have when going to the mechanic! I spoke with several people, who were all very courteous and helpful, but Dave takes the cake! He was amazing!! I’ll admit, I’ve bounced around with mechanics prior to this, but I will be using Rasch, exclusively, going forward!”

“After 3 shops in the last 13,000 miles and none of them fixing the problem, including 1 that provided an inspection just 2,500 miles ago, our check engine light came on & the truck was running horrible . It seems we were only charged outrageous fees & we experienced a lot of frustration. We were referred to BGM after we decided to have OReillys provide us with the codes being shown, most would cause failing on an emissions test for inspection. We brought the list of codes to BGM explaining what we had experienced at other shops. We were desperate to get this truck fixed . They had it for 1 day. They found the problem, a fuel injector, and the price quoted on the phone was exactly how much I paid. We are so grateful to the guys here. While they could've run us through the ringer like other shops had done & never fixed the problem, they didn't. The trucks running great!! I'm very happy with BGM. Thank you”

“When I call I can get in quickly. They are super considerate about getting your car right back if you are waiting for your oil change. They check all the fluids as part of an oil change. If you pay which a card there is a service fee (they warn you before you pay that way but like if you don't have anything else on you that would suck).I enjoy they are a neighborhood business and (if possible) cuss as much as me. I find this to be the mark of an honest human.”

“Told them I needed my transmission replaced on my 70 Chevelle due to a previous diagnosis from a shop. I noticed the car had issues going up hills and slowed down on the highway. They did a test drive and said it’s the engine not transmission. Super nice about it and tried to help find a performance based shop to figure out why it was having issues. “I cannot express how grateful I am to have found Best One Tires!My first visit was early 2022 and I needed a flat fixed and they were able to get me in that day and I had my car towed there and was on the road in less than 30 minutes.My second visit was October 2023 and again I had an emergency but this time popped two tires beyond repair! I had my car towed there at about 1030AM and my car was ready for the road when I got off work at 4. “This is a great family business. I would highly recommend them. I had them rebuild the transmission in my collector, car 25 years ago, and it still running great. My work truck needed a transmission rebuild and they took care of me very promptly. It was finished within one day of dropping it off, they also replace the front U-joint and transmission mount. It was original with 170,000 miles like the transmission.Even with the extra parts it was almost $1000 cheaper than the big-name transmission shop. Today I got a set of tires from them for my old truck. I'm very pleased with the service I got. Everyone with whom I've dealt was friendly and responsive, and Telle's prices were very competitive. Based on this experience, I won't go anywhere else for oil changes and tire rotations for the truck and my wife's car.”
