We have had a great experience with this store thanks to nick, he got us switched over to cricket last year effortlessly and then got us hooked up with a new phone 2 weeks ago for my son and then helped me upgrade to a better phone yesterday, easily the best cell phone guy ive ever dealt with and he definately deserves a raise, im sure there are others like me that go to this store only because hes there. Cant think him enough for always helping and being easy to work with, he goes above and beyond to help people out, if youre planning on going here, make sure to ask for nick, you will be happy you did

Unfortunately this store wasn’t the issue but the people through the chat on the website are incredibly unhelpful and rude. since there is no other way to report them to their supervisor this is where I have ended up. Alex spent a total of 10 seconds in the chat before he just completely disconnected. I don’t type very fast but am currently unable to call. Rude. Polly was rushing and very rude with the way she was communicating and giving false information, saying the chat will disconnect if I change pages. Rose at least tried to help me and Ms. Grace was super nice and considerate. Alex and Polly really pissed me off especially with how little this website actually works.

I actually worked here for three months. If you ever notice your bill being higher than how much you’re supposed to pay monthly, make sure you don’t have cricket protect added without your permission an knowledge on your lines. I worked with a very gregarious coworker that didn’t ask customers if they wanted it, and told the customer their total was high because of taxes. He said he didn’t care because “f them and I’m out the door anyway”. So he could make more money on his checks.. $8 per phone line is gas money for a lot of our customers. Verbatim his opinion of you the Cricket Customer. He’s out the door and the company or the customers aren’t his problem he thinks… what service!

we walked in and about 5 other families came in. Chris was the only one working and did an amazing job! He communicated with everyone while working with us and another family by himself!

Seriously, this store location has 2 rock star employees that are the BEST. Walk in the door and greeted with a friendly smile. Explained the problem and it took the 1 gentleman only a few minutes to resolve the issue. Eazy peazy, he is a hero! Thank you for excellent and friendly service.
