“Oh I just love hobby lobby however I'm not really sure what was going on the day I went there with this lady working the register. I understand that everybody gets stressed out with a line however I'm not sure why she didn't call up more people to a help her I wanted my jewelry strands wrapped in the tissue paper so they wouldn't get lost in the paper in the plastic bag which causes a headache for me when I get home. I didn't mind wrapping it myself however with her grabby fingers it was hard to do it. I guess every customer has a way they want their things wrapped. And I also was told that hobby lobby pays for that paper that they have at the register so maybe that is why it's limited per person”

“I had been calling flooring stores to obtain assistance on how to fix some gaps that had formed on our floating vinyl laminate that we self-installed. All other stores had no answer for us. Susan from St. Charles Decorating Center listened to my issue and brainstormed with me on the phone and then even talked to the store manager later in the day and called me back with a solution that worked! I am very impressed with the community service!”
