“We recently purchased a new Sleep Number from the St. Peters, MO location to mattress to replace a 20-plus-year-old Sleep Number bed, and we wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service we received from the delivery team. The two young men who delivered and set up our new bed, whom I believe were Calvin and Isaiah, were exceptional. They were professional, courteous, respectful, efficient, and punctual throughout the entire process. Their positive attitudes and attention to detail made the experience seamless. Customer service like theirs deserves to be recognized. They represented Sleep Number exceptionally well and reinforced our confidence in choosing Sleep Number again after more than 20 years. We would appreciate it if their outstanding service could be shared with their management team. Employees who demonstrate this level of professionalism and dedication are a true asset to your organization and deserve recognition for the positive impression they leave on their customers. Please extend our sincere thanks to Calvin and Isaiah for a job exceptionally well done!”
