“Would give the service six stars if possible. Had some confusion over my reservation, partly the apps fault, partly mine. They went above and beyond to fix it. Had a good recommendation for where to eat.
Price was higher than I expected”
“Really good for the price in my opinion! The only thing that was wrong with our room was there was some used tissue in one of the drawers but that was it! Bed was really comfortable! I have problems with my back and shoulders and that bed was the first I’ve slept in in a long time that didn’t have me waking up a million times to move positions due to my shoulders or back.
The woman working front desk was very polite and got us into our room quickly. Overall a nice cheap place to rest for the night”

“The location is what i needed, I always stay with IHG hotels. The man at the desk at check in wasn't the most pleasant, offered no details about hotel, where anything is, breakfast etc. The room is ok, could use updating but very clean. The front desk staff in the morning were great, and the woman doing the breakfast was more than wonderful. This world would be a much better place with more people like her, she was happy to see you, greeted you and made sure you were good. I'd come back only to have that experience again.”
