“Picture it, last minute change to a wedding. Need a matching suit for groom party. Take a chance where they got their suits at Savvi. Abbey was amazing. Sized me up, and gave a slip and said go to Delmar and your suit will be ready. She said she would call and fax to make sure there were no hiccups. There weren't. My suit, matching for the wedding happening the same day, was in my hands. Thanks guys!”

“I shop at this location semi-frequently, but not enough that I thought I would be remembered. I was wrong! The staff knew my name and were friendly and helpful, and made my in-store shopping experience a good one. Being big (and not tall) clothes shopping can be awful, and has been since I was a kid. Not anymore. I’ve come in to this location in an emergency needing a suit that fit and found one, I’ve bought my summer and fall wardrobe here, and I plan to do the same with future wardrobe changes. It’s great, and well worth the cost. Everything fits well and is true to size, to the point that I never worry about ordering something online and hoping it will fit.”

I purchased several things for my daughter for Christmas and wanted to exchange one item for another online item. Annette kindly assisted us through the process, then remembered details about the order to assist us again when it arrived. “I've always been a big fan of American Eagle and Aerie stores. I generally order my clothing online. Sometimes though it's nice to return things in person as it gets processed much more quickly. I received an order and did have a few things I decided to return and was delighted to find this store now located at the Premium Outlets in Chesterfield. I headed in on a Saturday and wow, they were busy! The line moved fairly quickly and I got my items returned, looked at a few things I had seen online that were nice to see in person, and was on my way. I will definitely be back! My only complaint is there was no Aerie merch at this location!”

I thought it was gone forever when I got home to discover it was missing! The manager, Eli, was able to locate the missing dress & he contacted me. After not receiving the jeans on time, I looked into it and found that he entered the address incorrectly. I'd be skeptical of ordering in store again. “I really didn't have high hopes for this place. We walked in around 4pm earlier today, half anticipating the store to be closed and fully expecting to be ignored (according to prior reviews). I was pretty surprised when TWO people cheerfully welcomed us in and then proceeded to offer assistance with picking out jeans. There was a red-headed gentleman with a beard who was especially wonderful and patient, not only with us but other customers as well (one lady in particular would have driven me crazy, but he was just SO nice). Easy 5 star experience for me. We bought 2 pairs of jeans and will be back!”
