“I drove an hour and a half this Friday (09-30-22) to Oakley Vault , and arrived at 6:58 pm. The doors were locked and no one was in the store . The store hours state that they are open until 9 pm on Fridays . Someone owes me gas money, or a significant discount for my troubles !!!!!!!!!”

“I've always been a big fan of American Eagle and Aerie stores. I generally order my clothing online. Sometimes though it's nice to return things in person as it gets processed much more quickly. I received an order and did have a few things I decided to return and was delighted to find this store now located at the Premium Outlets in Chesterfield. I headed in on a Saturday and wow, they were busy! The line moved fairly quickly and I got my items returned, looked at a few things I had seen online that were nice to see in person, and was on my way. I will definitely be back! My only complaint is there was no Aerie merch at this location!”

After not receiving the jeans on time, I looked into it and found that he entered the address incorrectly. I'd be skeptical of ordering in store again. However, the jeans I bought are absolutely amazing. I love all three pairs of my J Crew jeans.”

“This is our fourth order and I think the rating is low because it is kind of a small investigation to figure out where to put a review. When I first ordered I was just taking a chance but, there was no problem and the merchandise was high quality and the prices were very competitive. I even purchased a few odds and ends that they suggest, so you make free shipping. I thought they would end up being gifts for people we really did not like, but, the stuff is great. “I really didn't have high hopes for this place. We walked in around 4pm earlier today, half anticipating the store to be closed and fully expecting to be ignored (according to prior reviews). I was pretty surprised when TWO people cheerfully welcomed us in and then proceeded to offer assistance with picking out jeans. There was a red-headed gentleman with a beard who was especially wonderful and patient, not only with us but other customers as well (one lady in particular would have driven me crazy, but he was just SO nice). Easy 5 star experience for me. We bought 2 pairs of jeans and will be back!”
