“I wish I had gotten the employee’s name, but I had an issue with a very important, time-sensitive package that was marked undeliverable because my name wasn’t yet associated with the mailbox since I had just moved in. The package was about to be returned to the sender, and I was extremely stressed.
The young woman who helped me truly went out of her way to fix the situation. She was patient, understanding, and genuinely helpful, and she made a huge difference for me. I’m very grateful for her help and the effort she put in. Excellent customer service.”

“I haven’t had any problems with this post office. My family has been using this post office for over 20 years. It is very easy to send off packages in the indoor drop shoot. There is a machine where you can purchase and print a label as well as free shipping supplies next to it. Open M-S (to drop off and get mail from P.O. Box) and they have a lot of parking and a few handicapped parking spots right in front of the doors.”
