The United States Postal Service location at 401 Church St offers walk-in passport services and is one of over 30,000 retail locations providing delivery across the country. Customer experiences at this office vary. Some reviews highlight very helpful and positive interactions with staff, noting that issues were resolved and praising specific employees for their positive attitude. Other experiences mention difficulties, such as a single employee managing a full lobby alone or a supervisor appearing annoyed. For passport appointments, there is no check-in process and some confusion, with a suggestion that a simple sign would be beneficial. While some visits are smooth, others involve long waits or perceived rudeness, though the passport agent was pleasant during the actual appointment.
Need new management asap. Theres been issues for years for everyone as you can see from the reviews. My family has been having issues too for years. This post office will find any little reason to not deliver your mail. Then if you try to fix an issue they become even more petty.

I’m actually surprised at the rating for this post office. I have never once had a bad experience. I feel like the lines move as fast as they can. I never feel rushed when I don’t know what I’m doing. The lady that works the lobby for self service is amazingly helpful. Not to mention my postman Greg is the best.

The workers are extremely rude!!!! This older black lady with glasses just started at me and pressed her lips together when I asked her if she could print my QR code out because the self service thing was out of order. Then a different worker finally helped me out.
