Just had to recognize Noz for helping me with a minor issue I had. And to recognize Emma on her extraordinary patience with a completely unreasonable customer who pulled up a chair to her station, sat down, complained and called people on her phone and was a general menace. Hats off to Emma for her poise and patience.
