“I went into spectrum Monday afternoon looking to switch carriers and upgrade my phone ( this was the 3rd store I walked into). I walked in really not knowing what to do , and I ended up talking with a lovely lady named Sarah. She helped me with setting up my new phone, switching carriers , and answered all of the 100+ questions I had. She is amazing!
