I have always have issues why post office. They are always late with me and roommates mail, I was to have a certain mail that was suppose to come in the mail yesterday but never showed up. Very frustrating. Plus they are supposed showed up during the lunch time hours in my neighborhood but they constantly come late. I need my mail as soon as possible. It's very important that I do before I go to work at 3. No sooner. I want to make that clear. And another thing. What's with the whole not delivering mail for 4 days straight? That has to stop. You people have to stop delaying mail. My street hasn't gotten any mail because of you. Mail should be delivered everyday. Now the way you're doing it. You're mishandling everything.

I sent an envelope certified mail and a return receipt request. The total was $9. It was supposed to get there in a couple days and it took almost a month. They refused to give me a discount of any kind. No mail should take that long but they told me that I sent it certified and that is not guaranteed to get there. I can't even imagine how much it would cost if I wanted to guarantee that it got there. And then, all they do is give me my money back if it didn't get there in the length of time. It is so bad nowadays!

Incredibly rude and unprofessional. Went up there on July 17th to get a to my mailbox for my new address. I was stold the lock on the mailbox would be chamged to match the key. As of July 21st, it still does not work. Went back up there and the man working the counter said I cana use a flat head and a hammer to smash the lock and get my mail.
These people really don't care

Went to the Post office to request a key for a new rental house, they requested some documents which I provided then they handed over 2 keys and said those keys will work in 2 days, now it's been 5 days and they keys not working yet, I have mails and packages that I can't access in the mailbox. unprofessional employees and they unorganized. I'm planning to visit the post office tomorrow to give them hard time

Ive used this post office for years, but now I’m really upset. I paid for expedited shipping for an important package on Tuesday, and apparently they don’t care. My tracking number shows they didn’t even mark as received at the post office yet now on Thursday. I’m extremely mad because I called many times with no answer and can’t find out where my package even is or if they still have it, I can’t get it back to send through another service either 🤷🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ this is ridiculous and horrible customer service, apparently I can’t trust them to take care of my package so I will no longer use this post office and probably have to find a new one that actually respects customers and provides service that was PAID for. Very disappointing and unacceptable. I should’ve trusted the reviews rather than my previous experience with them.

Rude USPS office often deliver my mail to different address and other address mails to my mailbox When asked there was rude response from USPS. Someone should take action action against them

I filled out for a passport here lady behind counter didn’t send everything supplied from consumer. I try to get them to hold her accountable and these tyrants treat you like a nobody and close your case. That is mail tampering and should be up to 5 years in jail but the postal employees so nothing happens

This is a popular branch. Depending on the time of day, there can be a waiting line. However, the employees are fantastic and you’re always met with a smile.

What is going on with the Postal Service in O'Fallon Missouri we have four different postal workers two are real good the other two just drive around and our mail do not get delivered there's been several people in the small area that's been complaining about our postal workers don't they know that some of us are just watching them

Our daily mail alerts showed us that our car tags were delivered to our house and they were not in the mailbox. They had to have been stolen by somebody. Also when we stop our mail it never gets stopped, our neighbor still picks it up for us after we stop it.

Horrid location. Have spent over an hour today calling in an attempt to schedule a passport appointment. Online scheduler doesn’t work and when I try to call, it rings for about 5 minutes before disconnecting.

Mailed Property Check on Dec 26th by dropping inside the post office. Was not post marked till Jan 3rd. Cost several hundred dollars in late fees and fines.
Follow Up Edit:
Had mail held for vacation and while mail delivery has resumed. Held mail still not delivered. If I could rank zero stars, I would.

Horrible customer service and mail carriers. After finally complaining about not receiving mail regularly ( I gave them the benefit of the doubt for probably being short staffed), I was told my mail was being delivered. No it isn’t, nor are my neighbors. Now I’m getting notes in my mailbox personally written by letter carrier, telling me to STOP blocking the mailbox or I will no longer get mail! No one is parked there, I have a security camera! Unbelievable to be threatened just because you got in trouble for not doing YOUR job!

Long lines. Rude employees. And they mismanage and destroy mail on the regular. Latest example… I got piece of mail that was unusable, something I had been waiting for. What am I supposed to do with this?
