Dear Post Master General,Please make a trip to O’fallon, MO and check out what’s going on here. This is a great place to live but somehow the US Post Post office 63366 has made a laughing stock of our city. We do not get timely and consistent deliveries. Our carriers have been caught on video throwing package across yards and driveways. We made the local news for the exceptionally poor performance Of our post office.This was all my perception, but today I seen it is a reality. Upon stopping at the post office to drop off two packages at 8:15am Saturday 3/9/24 I am greeted by not one but two heaping overstuffed trash cans that had to have taken days if not weeks to accumulate. It looked like something you would see after a fair or carnival. If this is how your leadership cares about the front door I can’t image what is going on inside. I don’t even need to meet the leadership here to know they are ineffective. These heaping over trash cans show this facility has a terrible culture and poor leadership which is the root of the problem…not being short handed. My goodness how could the facility leader leave this building on Friday evening and not empty this trash!!

My package arrived at my metropolitan regional facility on March 4th (the day it was actually supposed to be delivered at my house). Was transferred to my local neighborhood post office on March 5th at 6:35am. Usually, "out for delivery" the next day. Instead, it sat at local post office on March 6th and was never put out for delivery. And now, on March 7th, it's somehow showing that it's back at the metropolitan regional facillity. Severly incompetent!

Finally decided to complain about not receiving an item that said it was delivered and I received a notification say my complaint is resolved and that it was delivered… still never received it and when I call I’m hung up on every time… 1 star is to positive of a rating to give and I wish I could go lower. Since I’ve moved into O’Fallon at least 3 to 4 times a year my mail is either delivered late ( days after it says it’s being delivered) or packages are stuffed into a tiny cluster mailbox… or my packages are placed into someone else’s mailbox… I’m sick of this place. Hold your staff accountable…

My neighborhood hasn't gotten our mail this week. Several of us are waiting for packages (I'm waiting for contacts that have been in your possession since Monday, 12/11!) and NONE of have gotten ANYTHING. Not even regular mail! I really hope someone is very sick because there's no excuse for skipping our neighborhood multiple days in a row!

USPS strikes again ! I had a package “out for delivery” and also 2 pieces of mail to be delivered yesterday. Of course none were delivered instead I have a notification on Informed Delivery that says “ready for pick up” I’m glad I paid $10 for shipping to have to pick it up from the post office.To top it all off I saw the mail carrier drive past my cul de sac without stopping at any of our houses yesterday I assume because two of the neighbors are having work done and there were trucks and trailers parked in front of the homes. Our particular mail carrier has a history of passing us by if there is any chance she may have to step out of her vehicle to walk to a mailbox.

I've lived all over the United States being in the military, and this is by for the worst post office l have ever dealt with. Lost packages to lost mail to sarcastic workers. There is one bright spot his name is Matt he in my opinion, should be in complete charge of the whole mess.

We all know that this is a very busy time of the year, and the fact that businesses are short handed but there is no excuse for this!! It's pathetic that mail carriers have stooped to such a low work ethic level. If anyone is wondering why they have damaged packages it's because their mail carrier is throwing the packages. Got it all on video 8:11 pm this evening (12-4-23). This is completely unacceptable!!

If I could give no stars I would. My mail carrier continues to shove oversized packages into my mailbox. I have complained online and in person 4x's. I pay for delivery when I order online. I am disabled. Online is how I shop. My mailbox is in a stone holder. It can't be enlarged. "Service" shouldn't be part of their name.

Came to this location at 2:03PM and saw there was a line of 15 people ahead of me. 1 worker was in the window working while 2 more were talking about lunch circling in and out of view. What a joke - hire more people to help because everyone waiting 20 or more minutes were angry - making the atmosphere here even worse. I’ll never go back to this location.

I've had 3 of my 4 Menards rebates stolen by these people. Menards sends a postcard with amount of store credit its worth. The only one that made it thru was a twenty dollar one. The hundred and couple fifty dollar store credits were stolen by these people. Menards just scans barcode on postcard, theres no ID'S on any of it. Government workers stealing, sad.

Horrible customer service! Tried calling multiple times and no one would answer. Finally someone answered and they were extremely rude and would not help me at all! Lost my package and said they would find it and redeliver. That has yet to happen. Extremely frustrated. I did have one young gentleman try and help me. He's probably the only helpful person in that place. Thank you sir!

I honestly wish I could give this post office a negative star review. I have had way more problems than what is necessary for my mail to be delivered. First off, the day I moved, I went to the post office I was supposed to and did my mail forwarding. Ok cool. So next thing I know I am getting not one, two or 3 forms that say I need to fill this out or the mail isn't getting delivered. Ok so now you are a bully because I have already done what you asked me to do. I filled this form out 3 times.i already have one complaint. Ok fine have it your way. I will see about you getting fired.

They lost my wedding shoes that are over $200. Ive been calling for 2 days and they dont answer the phone to any department you call at any time of the day. Called about 100 times in 6 hours. Convinced the have the phone off the hook or muted.

2 words to describe this place. HIDDEN FEES. Came here for passports for my wife and 2 children. They said it would be $330 ($130 for adults, $100 per kid). Ended up paying almost $500. Not sure whether to be mad at the post office or the greedy a$$ government, but either way it was a trash experience.
