“I was worried about leaving my Golden Retriever (Tucker) for first time at a groomer but he did fine. The groomer was very good with him and was quick to get him done and ready to go home. Petting him, he felt so soft and clean and seemed very happy - not stressed or anxious to leave. I will be taking him back to be groomed again in the future. Thank you for making him feel so soft and clean and I appreciate your patience with him.”

“The dog washing deal is really nice. But the dog food is SEVERELY over priced. The same brand of dog food (blue) is literally HALF the price for the same weight down the street at Walmart market.Edit: owner replied that they price match, which I was unaware of. My mistake. 5 stars if thats the case!”
“So I've always gone all the way to a Fallon from Saint Charles to pick up my chicken food which is such a long drive. I just had surgery and I thought I would give it a whirl just to see if I could bring up anything closer to Saint Charles so that I could get chicken food closer to homeTo my surprise, I found a location in Saint Charles and I never heard of it before and there were no reviews so I thought I would still drive up to it just to see. It is such a quaint, a little what seems like a small town country store. However, there is literally everything you need inside. We have chickens, dogs, and much more, and there's everything in the store that we could possibly need. Since I did mention, I previously just had surgery I asked the gentleman as soon as I walked in if he didn't mind helping me lift it out to my car. I told him exactly what I needed. He didn't walk me down the aisle. He knew exactly what I needed. He rang me out and brought it to my car and talk to me for about five minutes. I came from a small town in now live in the big city as I feel it is, and this location was so great with customer service, and made me feel like I was back in my small town Forget farm and home we will definitely be coming here for every thing we need from now on! I was in and out within less than two minutes. They even fill propane tanks for you for less than $14.”

“I grabbed the wrong dog bed two times and the lady at the register was very patient. The beds weren’t the price I was expecting, so the third time the lady helped to see if the bed was there. It looked like they were all out of the beds that was on clearance but she insisted on finding it for me, and she found one last dog bed for me. She was also very kind to my daughters and I appreciate the dedication. My experience at this location was great. ? thank you for helping me”

“The grooming staff at Treats Unleashed was great with our fur baby! The lady that trimmed my dog's nails (Erica) was very gentle and patient with him. She was more efficient than his vet! After his trim, he was rewarded with a dog toy- what a nice surprise! Overall we were very pleased with our grooming experience here and we will continue to come back for nail trims (and treats!)”
