“Went in person because we were having so much trouble with a credit card getting to a resident in O'Fallon. The assistant was very helpful and we finally had the issue resolved when she spoke with the Carrier and we realized that they did have the wrong address, but it was so similar that on the phone The elderly person couldn't tell the difference. “I can't say enough good things about this post office. I ship a lot of packages and I never have any trouble at all. If I take them to the other close post office they hold on to them for days. Everyone there has always been nice to me with the true small town charm. The only negative comment I can make is the rural carrier won't drive down my road. He says he can't make it down. He drives a really old car and I drive a Nissan maxima and I can do it no problems!”
