“I can’t emphasize enough what a fantastic job Denzel did on my 2012 Honda Fit. He managed to get rid of all evidence of the many car trips involving my dogs. Max communicated cost elements and what those costs covered clearly. While not cheap it was well worth every penny for such high level results.”
“Would absolutely recommend this place. I took my new Integra Type S for a ceramic coating and couldn't be happier with the service and the results. They kept me updated with pictures throughout the whole process, so that I could both see that they do indeed perform every step that they claim to, and so that I could keep an eye on the car like it was my child spending their first evening with a new babysitter, which I very much appreciated. Jim, the owner, met me personally when I picked the car up and has kept in touch with advice and products to use so that I can care for the coating at home.IMHO, it is absolutely worth the price to have a professional install - but only if you know they will actually take the time to prepare the paint properly before applying the coating (that's where the cost really comes from, or should) and they definitely did that while also providing excellent, personal, customer service.”

“In August 2021 my 1953 Ford Sunliner stopped running while on the highway. It was towed to Its Alive and a broken wire was found in the distributor. Since then, Its Alive mechanics have fixed the trans. linkage, installed seat belts, installed power brake booster, fixed a heat gauge, adjusted the valves and fixed a persistent small transmission leak. Jeff and his mechanics were always fair, knowledgeable and responsive.”
“George from Shine N Go Auto Detailing did an amazing job of cleaning up my 2014 Honda mini-van. It looks like a new vehicle. Plus they came to my house to do the work. I didn't have to drive it somewhere and drop it off. Very cool service.”
“We had oil leak out of a snow blower and while we were lucky enough to have a WeatherTech mat, it still did seep out a bit, leaving an awful smell in the car. I called up the shop and they were able to take a look and get it detailed the same day. They assured me it would look as beautiful as the day I got it, and they were right. I’m so impressed and so grateful! I’ll be honest, the price was more than I was expecting ($275) but I hadn’t ever had this done before and had no point of reference. I’ll post some before and after’s!!”

“I’ll leave another review when I receive my car after service, and I don’t mean to comment too early, but I have never had a better experience in this industry. Travis (and all employees here) is extremely considerate, well-informed, patient, and understanding. He took the time to answer my 5+ voicemail messages, is easy to contact, and has helped me through the entire process of finding a discontinued part from a dealer. He is extremely patient and will explain any issue in extreme detail modified to the industry knowledge of the client he’s talking to. He got me in quick and was flexible with the drop off time despite not being booked on the schedule. He checked my crashwrap seal to make sure it would last until service multiple times, and diagnosed the issue in under 10 minutes from me walking in the door. I love this place! Will recommend to everyone and am very excited to see how my car looks after service… I’ll keep you all posted (:”

“I just had my truck in for it's second coating. Last year I had them coat it but with no holes in the door jams, this year I decided to get the holes after seeing a similar model year truck with its rocker panels rotted out. They triple checked to make sure that's what I wanted before drilling the holes! Great staff that do a good job and this stuff works! It will keep the rust at bay! If you plan to keep your vehicle long term I highly recommend you get it undercoated with Krown to prevent the salt on the roads in the winter from slowly rotting away your vehicle.”

“My car has been in there twice for 2 different accidents and Complete Auto Body was fantastic! I called the shop because of an issue I was having and spoke with Chris, the shop manager. He wasn’t there at the time I had my car repaired but listened to the issue and we were able to meet in the middle! I was extremely satisfied with the resolution as it had been quite some time since the repair! Chris was kind, courteous and patient! Chris will make sure you are taken care of! “I just started using Giannini's Auto Service and I'm so glad I did. They are wonderful. I just had my car in for service because I'm taking it on a trip and thank goodness I took it to Giannini's. They did a complete trip check on my car and found several things that needed attention before I took it on a trip. They fixed everything in one day and provided me with a list of several fluids that should be replaced when I return from my trip. I've had my car checked before every trip I take but never checked as thoroughly as Giannini's did for me. They're been in business for a long time and their expertise and customer service is why. They are also great on communicating with their customers. I got a welcome letter after the first time they worked on my car along with a complete packet of their services and they keep me informed about when they would be finished with my car.
