“This place repaired my Lexus suv back some months ago from an accident. They customer service is subpar. Even the way they send hand written notes you your house in the mail! I had a minor issue I was able to drive up for them to correct and Nick took amazing care of me even going above and beyond his duties to fix other things that wasn’t their problem out of the kindness of their heart. They have good character in business . I would recommend them 1000 times! I would say I can’t believe I actually write reviews now but I see how people go the extra mile to make my day so it’s only right I give an honest review!!! They hire good workers! everyone is pleasant!”

“We had oil leak out of a snow blower and while we were lucky enough to have a WeatherTech mat, it still did seep out a bit, leaving an awful smell in the car. I called up the shop and they were able to take a look and get it detailed the same day. They assured me it would look as beautiful as the day I got it, and they were right. I’m so impressed and so grateful! I’ll be honest, the price was more than I was expecting ($275) but I hadn’t ever had this done before and had no point of reference. I’ll post some before and after’s!!”

Trevor and the other friendly staff at Ernie Patti made a frustrating experience less difficult by keeping us fully informed from start to finish. The car looks immaculate, even with the complexity of the Metallic Gray paint color which requires a 4-stage paint process. If needed, we will definitely return to Ernie Patti for future repairs.”

“I wanted a ceramic coating for my car. I gave it to Thomas who operates Shine Time. The paint needed attention. Thomas used a clay bar treatment to remove the embedded dirt, sap, and tar. He then applied the ceramic coating. He had the car for three days. He sent me pictures of the car as he progressed. The car is a 2020 model year and it sits outside. I am pleased with the results. Water beads off the hood and roof. No dirt sticks to the finish. Go to his shop if you want to be extreemly pleased. See the photo of my car in his shop at pick up!!!”

“Mark did a PHENOMENAL job on my 2024 BMW M4 Competition. I had the entire vehicle protected with PPF, ceramic coated, and tinted, and the experience from start to finish exceeded my expectations. Throughout the entire process, Mark kept me updated every step of the way. Communication was excellent, I always knew where we were in the process, and he actually finished the car ahead of the originally proposed completion date. When I picked up the car, the quality of the work immediately stood out. I’ve had PPF installed on other vehicles in the past and unfortunately had some terrible experiences, so I’m extremely particular about the details. Mark’s quality of work is on another level. Every line is clean, every edge is precisely cut and tucked, and there are no sloppy or jagged areas. You can tell he genuinely takes pride in his work and pays attention to the smallest details. Mark may not be the cheapest guy in town—although he gave me a deal I couldn’t pass up—but this is truly a case of you get what you pay for. Premium workmanship, no corners cut, great communication, and excellent service throughout the entire process. Mark, thank you for taking pride in your craft and standing behind the quality of your work. You’ve definitely earned my business. I’ll be seeing you again this week to drop off another vehicle, and you can count on seeing every vehicle I purchase moving forward. “My tints turned out beautiful for the most part. My only complaint would be the time. It did take awhile. But the owner was working hard to service everyone and get everything done. And even though he had a dog allergy he still worked with my vehicle which had a dog cover in the back . He cleaned the car really nicely too. So now its fresh free from any hairs, and looks great. I took another vehicle hear before just for one window that the tint was messed up on and they repaired it easily. I'll definitely be back again. The qaulity of the work was worth the wait.”
