“This place repaired my Lexus suv back some months ago from an accident. They customer service is subpar. Even the way they send hand written notes you your house in the mail! I had a minor issue I was able to drive up for them to correct and Nick took amazing care of me even going above and beyond his duties to fix other things that wasn’t their problem out of the kindness of their heart. They have good character in business . I would recommend them 1000 times! I would say I can’t believe I actually write reviews now but I see how people go the extra mile to make my day so it’s only right I give an honest review!!! They hire good workers! everyone is pleasant!”
“I am very happy with the service I received at Schaefer. From drop off to pick up, everything went smoothly. Schaefer is very communicative and aligned well with the car rental and insurance companies, which made the experience almost frictionless. The finished body work looks great!”

“It's not typical for me to write a review - unless the service hits it out of the part. That's exactly what happened with SOS Auto Glass and team. Faith was amazing in coordinating my fix. SOS Auto Glass did everything quickly and professionally, including the technician's customer service during the repair. I truly could not be more impressed with this company. If you need a windshield repair - THIS IS THE COMPANY TO USE!”
