“James was awesome! Had a 4 year old Dyson that had the attachments not spinning. Tried every troubleshooting I could. Would always drive by this place but never thought I would need it. James got my vacuum up and running in lightning speed and was very communicative. Pricing was very fair and saved me from having to buy a new vacuum and add more to a landfill. 10/10!”

“Omg when I say it’s so organized…it’s so organized! Everything was well put together, clean, staff were friendly and of course items are $5 but a few are just a tad bit more. It’s okay not complaining. I didn’t even know t-shirts were sold here, even graphics. If you’re looking for inexpensive items, from home goods to beauty to electronics to clothing to accessories to goodies, this the place to go! This beats out DG & FD put together, no cap!”

“This dollar tree is pretty decent. I'm a door tree connoisseur and this is one of the better locations. They are decently stocked everytime I'm in. I'm still a little hurt about dollar tree raising all their prices to $1.25 and that's the only reason for the 4 star rating.”
“Unfortunately let me start by saying, the names like Dollar Tree, Dollar General, and Family Dollar are just store names now...Due to high theft these days, prices have had to go up..And to the person who said something about the workers not knowing when certain products will be delivered.They do not .The store staff themselves dont order products..It all comes from corporate, they send what they want to send...That's why they say there not sure..And although alot isn't 5 dollars anymore..Alot of it still is..And some things are a steal for the prices they sell it for...Staff is always nice and caring and helpful...But if you know people who boost from stores..you might want to tell them to stop so prices everywhere will go back down...And inflation has been bad at all stores anymore...So shop lifters need to get real jobs...Cuz the working people don't like basically paying for your items when they check out. All around good customer service and for the most part store prices are reasonable. They carry a lot of stuff I had my seen since my kids were little and in some cases when I was younger...”

“Bit of a mad dash when the doors open but overall the bins are great, and you can usually find some decent books/clothes if you take the time to look.
My only gripe is the checkout inconsistency’s.
So if you have a cart, the cashiers are supposed to adjust for the weight of the cart so you’re not paying extra.
But I have on a couple of occasions had my stuff weighed while in a cart to get a price check, then later after bagging my stuff up and going back through the checkout line with the exact same things but weighing them on the little scale in individual bags ended up with a radically different price.
Difference of paying 90 dollars,
and paying 67 dollars.
So my recommendation is to definitely bag your stuff up and ask them to be weighed separately, without even relying on a cart if you don’t have to.”

“The work was so helpful here, it was so clean here. When I needed help a worker kindly assisted me despite her being busy and I didn't want to bother her. I was going to honestly look for the item myself but truthfully I was lost since it my first time going to this Dollar general! But she helped me anyway which was so sweet. Thank you so much. “Super great staff. I had an asthma attack while in store & they did everything they could to help me including getting a chair for me & bringing my car to front of store so I wouldn’t & couldn’t walk to it. I was embarrassed, and they reassured me not to be embarrassed and were so kind. Plus, the store is my go to In all the dollar trees around well stocked, clean and so friendly.”
“I visited the store the other day I was looking for hills hire smoke sausage and they had it. I was very happy so I picked up a few more items the frozen pasta was excellent I only brought one bag to see how it taste it was very delicious. I like this store will be shopping here more often. “I was just in the Overland store on Woodson, and I was greeted extremely pleasantly by the cashier on duty. Once I got my items to the check-out, she continued to be extremely friendly and even complimented me on my hat. She did drop my milk, but having worked both the dairy dept. and registers at a chain grocer on the east coast,- all I could do is laugh. I wanted to get her name so I could place it here in the review. I was hoping it was on the receipt, but I have social anxiety, so I was unable to get it off her tag.Give this employee a raise!Making customers feel special is not an easy task, and it's good indicator why self-checkouts are becoming universally despised. You can't get service like that with a kiosk.”
